Welcome to my cyber sky for a Saturday. One of the goals of the BlackSheep Vintage Aviation Association for 2008 is to build a complete web site for all things vintage warbyrds and the history that flew with them . Now in building a web site at least us building a web site is to make sure that the site is both friendly and easy to navigate as well as goof proof both from a loading up point as well as user friendly. Lets face it computer tech even that of Google is not always easy to load. And the fact that like it or not computer stuff is mechanical and thus prone to some sort of failure from time to time, but slow connection or broadband we want our site to fly as well as our Corsairs. This might take some time but in light of the many web sites I visit that are poorly done or depend on ads from smiley banners to support them the fact is this is not something I want to show on our site. After all our site is being put together by albeit retired but still and always the Marines. Thus it has to be first rate. So the search is on to find the very best in the nation or at least in our area of the nation to put the parts together. Alrighty then. watch in my next blog entry the steps to make it happen. So then we are looking for some of ya'll to email us some in flight as well as on the ground of your byrds as well as any tid bits ya'll want to include. We will also be doing some feature shooting photography wise on some chosen byrds to showcase on the web site as well as on the first annual AyreWolf/Highway Hooker Calendar yes we are bringing in our towing community siblings into this, as both are warriors, we in the ayre and they on the highway so that being what it is just live with it.
Until then keep it in the ayre.
