There are times I have to set asside feelings of anger, and frustration and put away pride and allow myself to greeve. While I did not know President Hinckley well I did know him. President Hinckley and myself raced to see which one of us could change a truck tire the fastest at Church owned shop Deseret Transportation. The Church's trucking company. It was President Hinckley that told me that I was the wolf in amongst the sheep of the church and that my nipping at the heels of the church would give the church in President Hinckleys words a kick in its complacency. So I am holding off flying south to Florida for the Daytona 500 and staying put in Idaho until Friday, when I'll haul my cookies to Salt Lake City to attend the services for President Hinckley. Its been said that for every door that closes one opens, and for me over the last few days I have been contemplating returning to the Behive state. Not by the preasure of my cousin Bud or for any reason except that there is albeit only a bit faster but more commerce going on in Utah than where I am in here, in this half of Idaho. Amongst the driving factors is that my XYL Suzi has caused enuff greef for me as well as my son that I have no real reason to settle in this half of Idaho. While I'll look over the landscape of western and southwestern Idaho before I depart eastern Idaho, still I hear a spirit calling me from down there and that spirit might be that my cousin Bud might be the next real Saint to punch out of the cockpit of life. I want to be there if that happens. Not only to greve with the rest of the family, but to have everything I need SSI wise and so on put together should that happen. When someone like President Hinckley passes on, it reminds me how quick and how fast this life can end for any of us. I was not ready for it when my mom passed away, I wasn't ready today when I heard the news of President Hinckley and I'll most likely not be emotionally ready if my cousin Bud passes away as albeit at times I'd like to put my foot up his six, still when it comes o one who I truly feel walks with the almighty it is my cousin Bud. I have said many, many bad things about my cousin, but the fact is if it had nt been for my cousin stepping in many times I would have ben out on the street, on the death bed or even something worse and there are things worse. So with my own personal infrastructure in Buds hands I am electing to be a bit closer to him and where the green comes from. Put going towing on the rear shelf, build up AyreWolf Aviation, and Southern Steele Media and then in a cupple of years look at Mountain Home or there abouts. As far as KPIF, even if I did buy that station I would leave Brian the current head cheese there to run it. However when it comes to a TV station, putting one under the mountain near Tooele Utah as a fully independent station and snagging the media license there for both Tooele as well as Eagle Mountain, Stockton and Grantsville Utah as fast as Utah is growing, and considering Tooele County Utah is where Wendover Utah home of Casino's etc on the Utah Nevada line is at who do you think would be the first to get ad dollars? Likewise a wireless internet there in Tooele County or western Utah can you say big $'s? So I am looking at a return to Utah to make my bed.
Finally if any of you somehow download and install Microsofts toolbar for IE-7 , don't. I did and my ISP connection and all was slower than even using dial up. However I have been hearing that the Internet over the weekend took a dump somewhere and has been in the latrne most of the weekend. I'm going to ask a friend of mine about this and see what it was all about.
Until Our next flight.
