Okay so my day went into the latrine. I went to Rupert and with a bit of fussing got Lexi running. Tried to make contact with cuzzin Bud but he is still under the weather so the big bad move is still on hold. Then got my monthly copy of FootNotes, one of the national towing pubications I get each month. So thumbing through the pages, saw this equipment supplier with my company name on it, DIXIE TOWING , That's right, Dixie Towing. Who dares to trample on my firm? Needless to say this outfit has no idea of the mess they stepped into. And yes the attorney will be contacted. But it goes to show. One must protect your profiles and your firms name or else others will dive upon it like a hawk on a mouse in an empty field. But imagine that a firm with 40 trucks , located in three Mountain west states, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, and someone with some brass ones tries to snitch my firms name? Now years back when one of our sibling companies started doing hot rod style TV , they called SpeedVision the now Speed channel copied that. We let that slide, but this is way over the top. In closing towdixie and Dixie Towing are not the same company. One is in Tennessee ours is out west here. Bottom line we tow they don't. Nuff sedd.L8R
